Your driver will pick you up from your hotel in Jaipur early in the morning. The drive to Pushkar takes around 3.5 hours, passing through small villages, open fields, and scenic desert landscapes. The journey itself is refreshing and gives a glimpse of Rajasthan’s rural lifestyle.
Arrival in Pushkar& Visit to Brahma Temple (11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon)
The first stop in Pushkar is the famous Brahma Temple, dedicated to Lord Brahma, the creator of the universe according to Hindu mythology. It is one of the very few temples in the world built in his honour, making it a unique spiritual site. The temple, built of marble and decorated with silver coins, has a peaceful aura that attracts pilgrims and tourists alike.
Pushkar Lake & Ghats (12:15 PM – 01:30 PM)
Next, you will visit the sacred Pushkar Lake, which is surrounded by more than 50 bathing ghats. Pilgrims believe that taking a dip in the lake cleanses sins and brings blessings. Even if you are not a pilgrim, walking along the ghats and watching rituals, chanting, and evening prayers is a deeply moving experience. The sight of temples reflecting in the lake’s calm waters creates a serene atmosphere.
Lunch Break (01:30 PM – 02:30 PM)

Local Bazaars Exploration (02:30 PM – 04:00 PM)
The afternoon is dedicated to exploring Pushkar’s colourful local bazaars. The narrow streets are lined with shops selling handicrafts, traditional textiles, silver jewellery, leather bags, and handmade souvenirs. The vibrant energy of the markets reflects the charm of this desert town.
Optional Camel Ride / Village Walk (04:00 PM – 04:45 PM)
If time permits, you can enjoy a short camel ride around the outskirts of Pushkar or take a guided walk through the surrounding villages to experience rural life and desert landscapes up close.
Return Drive to Jaipur (05:00 PM – 08:30 PM)
After a day filled with spiritual visits and cultural experiences, you will begin your return journey to Jaipur. By late evening, your driver will drop you at your hotel.
